At Woods Coaches we aim to give something back to the communities we operate in and one of the ways we do this is by sponsoring people, projects and events.
Woods Coaches were proud to sponsor the 2014 Carer of the Year Awards for the third year running. We chose to do this as we are a local company who serve the Leicestershire community and consequently, we believe that it is important to recognise and show appreciation for the people in this county who help others.
Hundreds of people depend upon the care and support of families and friends. In addition, there are many paid care staff who go the extra mile in their jobs and make a real difference. The contribution that these people make to improving other people’s lives is invaluable – but in the busy world that we live in, it often goes unnoticed. These awards are a fantastic way to bring attention to the kind and selfless acts that occur on a day to day basis. They also go some way to thanking individuals for their dedication and commitment.
